I am very sad because I just found out(july.11th). that was THE MAN. No one could touch him. I have the LEGENDS of gospel CD and baby, he handled any song that was put before him. I was/am disappointed that EBONY magazine DID not and HAS not done a featured story on him and their LONG career. He is my favorite and NO ONE can take his place or imitate him. I hope some of the grandchildren or greats can sing like him.

Mr. Ira Tucker - you will be greatly missed but your music shall live on and continue to bless people all over the world.To your family,God has a leading "humming bird now to guide the singing angels up there with him.My 2 sons over the past 3 years have really enjoyed your music!!One is 5 and one is 2. I can't get in the car and start out before my 2 year old is screaming I want "tutu"(tucker). There favorite song is "Mother's Crying Again"They can sing it all the way through!!!Ira keep your eye on my children that through your songs they will carry out the message that you did. God Bless

My dear Ira Tucker, I will miss you. Thank you for the great music which has been in my home and on my player my entire life. I will continue to listen to your beautiful voice. RIP.
